But its attractor can be too much . It can suck us in , take over our living , turn us into simpering , whimpering , Facebook - loving wreck . You do n’t need to check your e-mail as soon as you wake up ; you do n’t need to see if someone favorited your tweet as you go to layer . Of naturally you do n’t . But you do , you ca n’t aid it .
